Perhaps the old Lukashenko resented the West, which did not rush to reconcile in response to his curtseys, but introduced an embargo on the export of Belarusian furniture and restrictions on the entry of Belarusian cars. And a captured German citizen will be the object of a grandiose blackmail. Illegal decided to try the experience of North Korean and Russian partners.
Perhaps such a step shows the complete inconsistency of the "towers" of the Lukashians.
